Monroe County Warrant Records Monroe County Warrant Records

Monroe County warrant information begins with the court or agency named on the case. The Criminal and Circuit Court, General Sessions, Juvenile Court, and four municipal courts keep separate responsibilities. The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office website is under construction, and no public countywide warrant roster or Tennessee statewide public warrant search was verified. This site explains those limits and points readers toward local offices that can answer case-specific questions.

Why We Built This Site

Monroe County does not publish a verified active-warrant list. The county sheriff’s website is under construction, and the court clerk's online case-search route has not provided a stable public warrant interface. Those limits make jurisdiction especially important. Dewayna Martin serves as Monroe County Circuit Court Clerk for Criminal, General Sessions, and Juvenile Court records; the Clerk and Master handles Chancery and Probate. Madisonville, Sweetwater, Vonore, and Tellico Plains also operate municipal courts for city matters. We organize their verified contact routes and explain what public dockets and payment tools can, and cannot, show.

  • Charge-based warrants: how arrest warrants arise and which Monroe County court or agency may hold related records

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to Tennessee courts, the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, or state agencies. There are real limits to what we can help with:

  • We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
  • We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
  • We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
  • We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
  • We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now

Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
